TTC 2025 Spring Indoor Leagues - Substitute Registration Info

Maximum Substitutes Registration Spots : 20

SUBSTITUTE ASSIGNMENT PROCESS: 

• Substitute Registration
• A Maximum of 20 players can register as substitutes for the league.
• All registered substitutes will be added to a dedicated Whatsapp group for communication.
• Availability Check [Weekly] 
• We will be using google form for substitutes to mark their availability (form will be shared in the designated sub registered Whatsapp group).
• Every TUESDAYs, before noon - Subs will be informed n the substitute group to mark their availability using the google form.
• Substitutes must respond by THURSDAYs at 5:00PM (Google form) to be considered for assignment.
• Substitute Assignment Process [Weekly]
• TTC will review the list of available substitutes and assign players based on :
• First-come, First-served basis (For respective week).
• Skill level compatibility,  ensuring the best possible match to the player being replaced. 

NOTE:

1. Assigning substitutes depends on the number of requests received from team representatives.

2. Submitting availability does not guarantee an assignment, as substitutes are placed based on the number of requests made by team representatives for the respective week.

3. Unassigned substitutes can participate in future weeks by responding to the next availability.

This process ensures fairness while effectively balancing team needs and player availability.
